Stonebridge Community Living aim to provide affordable, independent housing for people with mental health and intellectual disabilities in a welcoming and supportive community.
We have been supporting individuals with mental health problems, learning disabilities, autism and people with complex needs for over 10 years.
For each and every individual we support, we jointly develop and deliver specifically tailored, person-centred support to enable each person to have a full and happy life.

We enable each person to develop the abilities they need to move on to the next stage in their lives, ensuring their support constantly evolves and adapts around them to meet their changing needs and goals.
Our commitment
Our commitment to the community is shaped by what matters most: the men, women, who need assistance during challenging times in their lives. In Stonebridge Community Living, we help adults with mental health and intellectual disabilities live as independently as possible in communities of their choice.
We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week,
365 days a year with staff available at all times.
This is a great alternative to nursing homes.
