The objective of Stonebridge community living is to provide a safe, secure, and enriching home setting in which the individual with special needs is empowered to develop relationships within the home and the community.
Our Supported Living services provides each person in a shared accommodation with a tenancy, where the sharers are not members of the same family, and who need some support.
The accommodation is a combination of single and shared occupancies, fully self-contained studios with shared garden areas and shared communal areas and garden.
Within the shared-occupancy properties, tenants have their own bedroom, with en-suites and share all other facilities.
